Access to and use of the Jet234 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be met at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of account ownership:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet or wager on the Platform. Jet234 operates a mandatory age verification process and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the deposited funds returned to the payment method of origin after deduction of applicable processing fees.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Jet234 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Jet234 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. By registering, you warrant that you are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction and that your participation is lawful.
Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) active account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.
By registering, you confirm that you are of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party or organisation in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
To access the full features of the Jet234 platform, users must complete the registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Jet234 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Jet234's support team immediately. Any activity conducted on your account prior to your notification remains your responsibility unless Jet234 determines that the access was the direct result of a platform security failure.
Jet234 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, its use provides a significant additional layer of security and is considered best practice for all accounts holding real-money balances.
Jet234 is committed to operating a compliant and secure gaming environment. As part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts.
Users will be required to submit the following documentation when prompted by the Platform:
Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Accounts awaiting verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the review is successfully completed.
For accounts with higher transaction volumes or those exhibiting patterns that warrant additional scrutiny, Jet234 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations. Jet234 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods. All methods listed are widely used by Malaysian players and processed through secure, verified channels:
The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30. Standard maximum single deposit limits are set at RM 30,000 for local bank and e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to the equivalent minimums and maximums as disclosed in the payment section of the Platform. Daily cumulative deposit limits may apply and are displayed in your account settings.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the name of the registered Jet234 account holder. Deposits received from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are credited to your Wallet Balance instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits require on-chain confirmation and are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes, depending on network congestion. Jet234 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or blockchain network conditions.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of real-money Wallet Balance funds. Bonus Balance funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. A user must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal exceeding RM 500 in a single transaction or RM 2,000 in cumulative withdrawals within any 30-day period will be processed.
Jet234 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 8 minutes for standard verified accounts. Processing times may extend to 24 hours for accounts requiring additional review, for first-time withdrawals, or during periods of high platform transaction volume. Jet234 will notify the User if a withdrawal is subject to extended review.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. Where a withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, Jet234 will liaise with the User to agree an alternative approved method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Jet234 does not impose platform-side withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, Users acknowledge that their bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees on incoming transfers that are outside Jet234's control. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur on-chain network fees which will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Standard single withdrawal limits and cumulative daily limits are disclosed in the Banking section of the Platform. High-volume players and VIP-tier members may have elevated limits as agreed with their dedicated account manager. Jet234 reserves the right to stage large withdrawals across multiple transactions where operationally required, without diminishing the total withdrawal amount.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available on the Jet234 platform are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate by game category is as follows:
Jet234 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to exploit wagering requirements (so-called "bonus hunting"), and co-ordinated play across accounts. In any confirmed case of bonus abuse, Jet234 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account involved.
Cashback bonuses credited under the Jet234 VIP Programme are subject to a reduced wagering requirement as stated in the VIP Programme terms. VIP tier cashback rates are reviewed monthly and are subject to adjustment. Jet234 will provide advance notice of any reduction in VIP cashback rates.
All bets placed on the Jet234 platform are subject to acceptance by the Platform. Jet234 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account bet history. No bet is valid until so confirmed.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a technical glitch, erroneous game results caused by software malfunction, or duplicate bet processing — Jet234 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the User's Wallet Balance. Jet234 is not liable for losses arising from a User's decision to place a bet based on information affected by a manifest error.
If a game session is interrupted due to a platform technical failure before a result is determined, Jet234 will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-interruption state using server-side game logs. Where restoration is not possible, the applicable stake will be returned to the User's Wallet Balance.
Live in-play bets placed during a sports event are processed at the odds available at the moment of bet confirmation, not at the odds displayed at the moment of bet initiation. Brief delays between bet initiation and confirmation are inherent to real-time odds pricing. Jet234 operates with standard in-play delay tolerances consistent with industry practice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jet234 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance and Bonus Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
Jet234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that there has been a breach of these Terms, that the account is associated with fraudulent activity, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, the verified Wallet Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their most recently used approved payment method, net of any applicable processing fees. Wallet Balance funds will not be returned in cases where the account was closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Jet234 support. A cooling-off period of 24 hours applies to voluntary closure requests to allow for reconsideration. Upon confirmation of closure, the User's Wallet Balance will be returned to their approved payment method within 5 business days.

In no event shall Jet234's aggregate liability to any single User in connection with any dispute exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jet234's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in full.
In summary, Jet234 collects only the personal data necessary for account operation, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All data is secured using industry-standard encryption. Users have the right to access, rectify, and (in applicable circumstances) request erasure of their personal data by contacting our support team.
Jet234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Jet234 will provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notification on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of Jet234 as disclosed on this Platform.
In the event of any dispute arising between a User and Jet234 in connection with these Terms or any aspect of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through Jet234's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance:
